Consulting Services

The successful implementation of new technology is a difficult process for airlines.  In addition, avionics manufactures, software developers, service providers and government agencies struggle with the issues of what technology is needed and how best to provide it to the end user.  Air Economics Group has worked with all of these groups to help them deal with issues of new technology.  The following are examples of how we can help you:
Avionics Manufactures and Government Agencies:  Need to understand how their systems provide value for their customers.  They also need to understand their customers attitudes regarding new technology and how those attitudes will affect their buying decisions.  Air Economics Group has conducted a number of detailed market analyses that have included surveying airlines around the world.  (Check out an example of our surveys).  Our industry contacts as well as our independent position allows us to conduct these surveys in a fashion that solicits frank and detailed responses.
Airlines:  Need to understand the benefit of installing new avionics on their airplanes.  To do this successfully they need to be able to weigh the economic benefits of their various options.  Air Economics Group has worked directly with many airlines through customized analysis and indirectly using our cost/justification templates.
We help our clients deal with these issues and more.  Please contact our marketing manager, Erik Haapala if you would like to learn more about how Air Economics Group can help you with your next technology project.
