The purpose of this questionnaire is to help the industry (including vendors and the government) better understand the requirements of the airline operational control function.  (Airline operational control includes the dispatch, meteorology, and operations logistical management.)

The questionnaire consists of 30 multiple choice or ranking questions on four pages.  When you have finished the questions on a given page click on the button marked "continue to the next page" located at the bottom.  This action submits the results from the current page and opens up the next page of the survey.  Once you have clicked on the "continue to the next page" button please don't  use your browsers back button to return to the previous page and please complete the entire survey.  If you would like to preview the survey before you begin, click here to view all of the questions on a single page.  If you have any questions please contact Erik Haapala at: (763) 420-8067.

While we appreciate your accurateness, we only expect your answers to be your best estimate.  Thank you for taking your time to help us obtain this important information.

Please provide us with the following contact information.  While we need this information to create effective data from our surveys, no identifying data will EVER be released publicly.
